1. Data we process
Paymegate processes account and service data required to operate: your merchant email and name, any website or phone number you choose to provide, wallet address, authentication activity (login time, IP address, browser/device, language, timezone and country), webhook configuration, and metadata about payment links you create (amount, currency, customer email and status). We do not require KYC documentation from merchants.
2. Customer payment data
Card and identity verification data entered by your customers is handled directly by the licensed third-party payment providers. Paymegate does not store card numbers or government ID data.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide the dashboard, generate payment links, deliver payout notifications and webhooks, and to detect abuse of the service.
4. Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with payment providers to route transactions. We do not sell your data. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be used to improve the service.
5. Retention & security
We retain account, authentication, and transaction metadata for as long as your account is active or as required for security and legal obligations. Access to authentication context is restricted to authorized platform administrators. We apply industry-standard security controls, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices
You can configure email notification preferences in your dashboard and request deletion of your account data by contacting support.
